About the Role
We are hiring a Material Processor to join our Process Shop. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with fabrication or construction experience who enjoys working with machines, solving problems, and contributing to a team-focused production environment.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License
Able to commute to Strasburg, CO 80136
Ability to pass a drug screening
English communication (written & verbal)
Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically fit to handle steel material and tools
Utilize provided PPE (personal protective equipment)
Qualifications
1–3 years of construction or metal fabrication experience preferred
Ability to read and understand prints and shop drawings
Familiar with layout and measuring tools (tape measures, squares, etc.)
Basic computer/software skills; programming experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Forklift operating experience is a major bonus

Key Responsibilities
Operate a 6-axis CNC plasma machine (Dragon) for metal cutting
Use a semi-automatic 20” band saw for cutting large material
Run a mandrel bender to fabricate grip rails and handrails
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and construction blueprints
Perform layout and material prep accurately
Follow safety procedures and keep a clean work area
Learn and use machine programming software
Work both independently and as part of a team
