FWM is hiring for an experienced and dependable Painter for Miscellaneous Metals in Strasburg, Colorado. The role involves painting stairs, handrails, and other miscellaneous metal projects, as well as performing grinding, cutting, and material preparation in a fabrication shop environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, has a keen eye for detail, and is committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Valid Driver's License
Able to commute to Strasburg, CO 80136
Ability to pass a drug screening
English communication (written & verbal)
Able to lift 50 lbs. and physically fit to handle steel material and tools
Utilize provided PPE (personal protective equipment)
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience painting
Experience in manufacturing and or construction
Experience operating forklifts and overhead machinery to move materials
Proven ability to read and interpret a tape measure accurately
Experience using hand tools, including drills, grinders, torches, etc.
